Booking and Cancellation Policy
By making payment or proceeding with your session(s) with Carla Cosentino / Galactic Soul Healing Journey, you legally confirm that you have read and accept the following booking conditions:
None of the reserved and paid sessions are refundable. They cannot be rescheduled if you do not contact me by email 48 hours in advance of the chosen time and day. My schedule is open and available to you in advance. You can schedule the consultation in audio format if it is an astrology session.
If it is an animal communication, quantum healing, or soul guidance session, and you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, you must send an email indicating that you authorize it to be conducted offline and then send the downloadable audio by email.
No complaints or refund requests will be accepted if the session was not to your liking or did not meet your expectations. Therefore, you are hereby notified before booking the consultation.
If you have any question, please, take first the time to read all the information provided in detail for any session and if you still have any question, send me an email before book your session. All my sessions are NO refundables, with NO exceptions.
