Booking Policy

By making payment for or proceeding with your session(s) with Carla Cosentino / Galactic Soul Healing Journey you legally confirm that Carla Cosentino / Galactic Soul Healing Journey you read and concent to the following booking conditions:

None of the reserved and paid sessions are refundable. They cannot be rescheduled if you do not contact me via email 48 hours in advance of your chosen time and day. My schedule is open and available to you in advance. You can arrange to send the consultation in audio format if it is an Astrology session.

If it is an animal communication session, quantum healing work, or soul guidance session, if you cannot attend the scheduled appointment, you must send an email stating that you give permission for it to be conducted offline and then send the downloadable audio by email.

Complaints or refund requests are not accepted if the session was not to your liking or what you expected. With this in mind, you are hereby notified before booking the consultation.

All of my readings are detailed reports and take many hours to research and prepare. They are intended to be hear many times and most people have said that each time they hear their report they unlock another layer and uncover even more.

If you are purchasing this as a gift, please note I require the permission/consent of an individual to access and read their chart. If the reading is for a child, I require the consent from the parent or legal guardian. In exceptional cases where this is not possible, I will use my discernment.

In order to read for you I need the following information:

Your full name
Your date of birth (please write the date and month to avoid confusion)
Your place of birth (country and town)
Your time of birth (exact to the nearest minute as possible)
Your current location (town and country)
Any question you may have or area you are particularly interested in (optional)
Your motivation for this reading if you are called to share (optional)
Your level of astrological knowledge (beginner/novice, intermediate, advanced)

I take data privacy and confidentiality very seriously and am committed to ensuring that all of your personal data is kept secure and confidential along with any information I share with you that is personal to you through your report.

Any information you provide when subscribing to my mailing list will be securely stored and used only to send you updates and information you’ve requested. I will never share your details with third parties without your consent. You have the right to unsubscribe or request the deletion of your data at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in my emails or contacting me directly.

Payment

I currently accept card payment via Paypal. Payment is upon booking . All bookings are non-refundable once I have confirmed the delivery time with you and commenced the reading.
